User Acceptance Tester

We are looking for a motivated and experienced User Acceptance Tester to join our growing team. As a member of our team, you will have a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop and document software testing plans, ensuring a systematic and efficient testing process.
Prepare for testing by installing software and hardware, and configuring operating system software.
Execute software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests, then analyze and document the results.
Develop and implement software and information system testing policies, procedures, and scripts to standardize the testing process.
Identify and report product defects, track these defects, and propose solutions to rectify them.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in electrical and software technology to ensure testing processes are current and relevant.
Use technical and data analysis skills to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide technical solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with various testing techniques (e.g. exploratory, black box, and white box testing).
Knowledge of QA best practices.
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g. Java, C++).
Excellent collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with an ability to define, document, and track testing requirements.
Working knowledge of software development life cycles.

Working hours: 35 hours/week

Payment: bi-weekly
